1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RankTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Fair enough?

2. Description of Service

RankTrack provides Google search ranking tracking and reporting tools for websites. We check where your website ranks for specific keywords on Google and present that data to you through our dashboard, reports, and email notifications.

3. Account Registration

To use RankTrack, you need to create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If someone else uses your account, that's on you — so pick a good password and don't share it around.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — when you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 14-day free trial on new accounts. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service beyond normal use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure

6. Data and Privacy

Your ranking data is yours. We don't sell, share, or use your data for anything other than providing the Service to you. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep RankTrack running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Search engines occasionally change their systems, which can affect ranking data. We'll always do our best to adapt quickly and keep your data flowing.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankTrack provides ranking data on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, search rankings can vary by location, device, and personalisation. We are not liable for business decisions made based on the data we provide.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll give you reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
